Stainless Steel Shot is a round particle blast cleaning media manufactured from selected stainless steel material. It has extremely tough particle structure and retain its spherical shape after prolonged use. It has been developed for use in wet blast machines and it is an ideal media for cleaning stainless steel.
Stainless steel shot is the ideal material for cleaning and reinforcing the surface of nonferrous metal casting parts and stainless steel casting parts. It is extensively applied in the raising and cleaning of the surfaces of nonferrous alloys and stainless steel product.
It is also widely used for cleaning, deburring, surface-improvement, fatigue, and finishing such as stainless steel castings, stainless steel forgings, alumunium castings, alumunium forgings, zinc pressure die castings, non-ferrous metals and special alloys, apparatus and welded structure in stainless steel, and concrete and natural stones.
It is also used for all blasting systems for cleaning, deburring, refining, surface finishing and everywhere where resistance to rust and acid is required, also for cosmetic appearance
