PA (Polyamide/nylon) Plastic Media is a specially formulated nylon thermoplastic media, extruded and cut to form cubic particles.
The material allows the controlled cleaning of such mediums as:
- Deflashing rubbers, thermosets, thermoplastics and zinc alloy diecasts.
- Deburring machined aluminium and sintered components
- Removing resin bleed from electronic components.
- Very delicate composite removal.
- Deburring engine parts.
Industries using this medium include the electronic and industrial areas, but the main use is in the automotive and thermoset industries.
