Silicon Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide (Si3N4-SiC)can be made for riser tube, heater sheath, slurry pump parts, desulfurizer nozzle etc.

Si3N4-SiC product is produced by advanced molding technology. The product can be used for low-pressure die-casting, flue gas desulfurization, pump industry, mineral beneficiation, non-ferrous foundry, heat treatment, ceramic industry etc.

Comparing to other ceramic materials, Silicon Nitride bonded Silicon Carbide has higher density (about 5%) and double of Cold Modulus of Rupture. The abrasion resistance of Si3N4-SiC material is about 3.13 times than Alloy Chrome-Molybdenum, and the hardness is only less than Diamond and Cubic crystal Boron nitride which is Mohs 8.9. Desulfurizer nozzle can work last for more than 12 years; and ceramic slurry pump parts with excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance have more benefit than alloy chrome-molybdenum while used in tailing treatment, mineral beneficiation.

Nozzles made by Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide (Si3N4-SiC) are widely used in coal power generation, non-ferrous foundry, environment protection etc. Nozzles are applied in desulfurizing equipment of many coal power generation and large boiler.
Desulfurizer nozzle with material Si3N4-SiC can continuously work over 10 years in desulfurizing tower without maintenance.
With excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance, Silicon Nitride bonded silicon carbide (Si3N4-SiC) are used for impeller and Si3N4-SiC volute.
