Mass Polishing Ceramic media is made of a ceramic binder and an aluminum oxide abrasive grit or silicon carbide, for use in mass finishing process, grinding and polishing of hard metal workpieces. Ceramic media is commonly used for deburring, descaling, and polishing operations, and is known for its long lifespan and ability to produce high-quality finishes.
Angle Cutting Cylinder Cone shape – Best to use on concave surfaces, rounded areas and workpieces with holes.
Angle Cutting Triangle shape – Excellent for slotted areas on workpieces and reaching into corners of workpieces
Polyhedrons shape – offers excellent wedging characteristics that reduce or eliminate the media lodging in a workpiece
