SandBlasting Equipment

Consists of several equipment as follows:

  1. Portable Internal Pipe Blast Tool

The Portable Internal Pipe Blast Tool is the perfect choice for cleaning pipes ranging ID 50-300mm. It is composed of a venturi nozzle, a deflection tip, centering collars and a carriage.

2. Internal Pipe Blasting Nozzle

The smart Internal Pipe Blasting Nozzle directs the air/abrasive mixture at a deflection tip where the abrasive is distributed even in a 360 degree spread thus effectively blasting the inside of a pipe as it is pulled through. The deflection tip can be supplied separately from the nozzle.

3. Fan Nozzles

Our Fan Nozzles made from casted cobalt alloys are Excellent for medium cleaning and stripping applications where an even dispersion of the abrasive throughout the wide uniform blast pattern is required. On large, the flat outlets of the fan blasting nozzles can double the production rate.

6. SandBlasting Gun (High Performance)

The Blast Gun High Performance provides confortable grip for operator and allow precise control of blast pattern. Its matt chrome coating prevent rust formation over the complete lifetime.

Nozzles are made of XSB (Self Sintered Boron Carbide).

Application
Suitable for conveying all commonly used abrasive material for blasting such as Steel Shot, Steel Grit, Garnet, Copper Slag, Coal Slag, Aluminum Oxide, Glass Beads etc.

2 Ply Blast Hose is reinforced with strong synthetic for maximum protection against abrasion with a thick tube for excellent resistance to wear in conditions that exist in abrasive blasting environments. Designed to be durable and long-lasting.

Static Conductivity for Safety
Super Blast Hose is built with a static conductive tube compound that dissipates static electricity.
