Equipment Composition

  1. Cleaning Chamber
    The chamber body is welded from steel plates and profiles, and the internal parts that may be hit by the projectiles are lined with high chrome wear-resistant plates. There are access doors on both sides of the chamber, which are used to check, adjust, and replace the tracks.
  2. Shot Blaster
    The shot blaster is a direct-drive type blasting machine with high cleaning performance and low abrasive loss, consisting of two parts: the blasting machine body and the drive motor. The impeller body is equipped with eight blades, and the impeller body itself is arranged on the main shaft along with the sorting shots wheel, which is in the center of the shot blasting wheel. The cover is lined with a guard plate, and the shell is equipped with a positioning sleeve and a shots inlet pipe. During operation, the shots flow into the impeller head from the feeding pipe.
  3. Abrasives Recycle System
    The abrasives thrown out flow into the screw conveyor at the bottom through the small holes on the crawler belt, and are sent to the bucket elevator by the screw conveyor, then lifted to the separator. The dust-containing gas is sucked by the fan and sent to the dust collector for filtration, becoming clean air that is discharged into the atmosphere. The dust falls into the dust box at the bottom of the dust collector through air backflow, and the user can clean it regularly.
  4. Dedusting System (Filter Dust Collection)
    The dusty gas flows into the cylindrical filter cartridge through the suction port. As the dusty gas passes through the pores of the filter cartridge, the dust is collected on the cartridge, while the clean gas passing through is discharged from the exhaust port. The dust deposited on the filter cartridge is removed from its surface under the action of a pulse, then falls into the ash hopper.
