- Fully automated core making, automatic mold locking, and
- optional automatic core taking
- Multi-model product library to meet the vertical parting (including bottom core pulling), horizontal 2/3/4 parting and other hot core box adaptation production.
- Small and medium-sized models, manufactured using full electric drive or multi station specialized machines to achieve efficient production
- Equipped with closed safety enclosure, the smoke and exhaust gases are centrally extracted and discharged, meet the requirements of environmental protection production
- Adopting PID control technology to achieve stable and precise control of core box electric heating, saving electricity and energy
