Zirconia fused alumina is made of alumina and zirconia as raw materials in an electric arc furnace at a high temperature of 2000 ℃ or higher.
Zirconia grains has good melt erosion resistance. As a kind of advanced abrasive, it can manufacture high-performance heavy-duty grinding wheel, which has good grinding effect on steel, cast iron, heat-resistant steel and various alloy materials. Zirconium corundum is also an advanced refractory raw material. It is an ideal material for making high-performance sliding nozzles and immersion nozzles. It can also be used to make zirconium corundum bricks for glass melting furnaces.
ZA25% is an electroed zirconia grainnby fusing alumina and zirconia at about 2000 ℃ temperature in an electric arc furnace. Following a unique process of quenching, crushing, and resizing.
Product Application:
- Pressure blasting
- High pressure rough grinding operation
- Hot-pressed wheels
- Rail grinding operations(high force)

ZA40% produced by melting alumina and Zirconia at about 2000 ℃ temperature in an electric arc furnace followed by cooling of the motion product. The very fine and homogenous microstructure of this materials provides high toughness but also excellent self sharpening properties.
Product Application:
- Sanding of stainless steel types( e.g. Cr-Ni steel)
- Cutting stainless steel
- Cutting high alloys steel types
- High pressure rough grinding and snagging
- Steel conditioning
- Track grinding
