Gunning Material for Repair (Magnesia based Monolithich Refractory Material)

It is a dry masses-basic reaction material used for Hot repair of refractories in the Converter section, H.E.A., and Knobbling Spoons.

Made with Sintered Magnesite material which has a high MgO content. This material uses a binder that provides stickiness to the wall.

Material installation is carried out using a gunning machine, either using a robot or manual, a shotcrete machine, or a rotary centrifugal machine.
