Copper cut wire are manufactured from high quality copper wires, cut to lengths equal to its diameter. This result in particles virtually identical in size, shape, hardness and density. Copper Cut Wire is mostly used for peening process, deflashing and finishing die castings using shot blasting machine (wheel). Copper Cut Wire is also used for surface treatment. The metal surface may not be worn and would be brown colour in brass.
