Calsium Silicate Insulating Board 1100 menggunakan bahan baku silica fume (microsilica) dan pasir silica dengan menggunakan bahan penguat glass fibre and paper fibre. Calsium Silicate Board dibuat dengan proses press. Calcium Silicate Insulating Board 1100 sangat cocok digunakan sebagai material back up lining. Material ini mempunyai thermal conductivity yang paling rendah.
